Fees and Insurance
Fees
Orthodontic treatment is a significant investment, but the benefits are reaped for a lifetime. Our goal is to provide excellent orthodontic care for a reasonable fee. We only charge a fee when treatment is initiated, and/or diagnostic records are required. The initial exam, recall exams or consultation appointments are complimentary. If treatment is needed, we offer a number of payment options:
In-office financial plan: This plan offers an initial down payment when treatment begins, with the remaining balance in monthly payments without interest. In-office financial plans are determined according to individual treatment needs and is available to those with approved credit. In addition to cash or check, we also accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover for this option.
When comprehensive treatment is recommended (full braces), a discount of 5% is offered on the financed amount, if the total fee is paid in full, with cash or by personal check at the beginning of treatment.
Insurance
Our office accepts direct payment of assignable insurance benefits. Due to the variety of employers and their insurance plans, we must contact your insurance company individually to verify benefits. We accept all standard insurances but please check with your carrier to see if you have the option to visit the Orthodontist of your choice. We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider.
